Refund policy

• Due to the nature of jewellery, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
• Exchanges are allowed only in-store, within 5 years, under our 50% exchange value policy (for applicable 1gm gold patra items).
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
